Back-to-school contest for UCLouvain students
Play with Musée L and try to win a four-course meal for two people at La Table L, the bistronomic restaurant located on the 7th floor of the museum. To participate, visit Museum L during opening hours*, find three artworks, and note the creation dates mentioned on their identification tags. Complete the participation form and drop it in the box at the museum's reception. A draw will be made among the correct answers after October 13. Didn't receive a participation form? They are also available at the reception of Musée L.

*The museum is open from Tuesday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on weekends from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

1. Organizer and Contest Identification
Museum L · University Museum of Louvain (UCLouvain museum), headquartered at 1 Place de l'Université – 1348 Louvain-la-Neuve, is organizing a contest titled “Play with Museum L.”
2. Contest Duration
The contest starts on Friday, 13/9/2024 at 9:00 a.m. and ends on Sunday, 13/10/2024
3. Prize
The prize awarded in this contest consists of a meal at the La Table L restaurant, including:
- A four-course menu for two people
- Drinks: one aperitif per person and a wine or soft drink pairing with the meal
The winner will be contacted by email to arrange the prize details. No cash alternative, compensation, or financial equivalent for the prize may be requested, in whole or in part.
4. Participation Criteria
- Be a student enrolled at UCLouvain for the 2024-2025 academic year
- Only one entry per person will be accepted
- Participation in the contest is entirely free
- Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules
5. How to Participate
- Complete the form with the creation dates of three artworks located in the museum
- Submit the duly completed form at the Museum L reception in the designated box
6. Selection of the Winner
- A draw will be made from the entries containing the correct creation dates of the three artworks.
- The prize will be validated when the organizing team contacts the participant via email in the days following the contest's end.
7. Organizer's Liability
The organizer shall not be held responsible for any accidents, costs, or direct or indirect damage that may occur due to participation in the contest or the awarding of the prize.
If the contest is postponed, canceled, or interrupted in whole or in part for reasons beyond the organizer's control, the organizer will not assume any liability of any kind.
